PFAS UV Light / Ceramic Filter / Supercarb Filter

This system is recommended and designed to provide one safe source faucet that uses well water that have their own pumps and pressure. Merlin Eco Solution’s UV box and final polishing of the filtered water destroys all microorganisms including bacteria and viruses. Pre-filtration is necessary to provide clear water for effective UV light penetration and exposure to the UV light. Merlin Eco Solution’s UV box is also effective in removing significant amounts of PFAS that might be in the water. Merlin Eco Solution’s first pass is a scrubbable Ceramic Filter, is a self-sterilizing filter. This filter removes cysts, E-coli, Cholera, Typhoid, and other pathogens along with dirt and sediment. The ceramic shell is silver impregnated, which provides a constant and controlled pore structure thus insuring an effective sub-micron (.5 micron) filtration rate to a 99.9% purity of all contaminants ranging from turbidity to Cryptosporidium , to chlorine taste and odor. This filter may be cleaned with a soft brush and reused for up to 250,000 gallons if cleaned carefully. The second pass of the water is through an activated carbon or arsenic filter, depending on what is in the source water. (A certified water test is highly recommended to determine what is in your water). Merlin Eco Solution’s CBR-210 carbon block, removes chlorine taste and odor, cryptosporidium and other pathogens, and also removes heavy metals such as lead and mercury.
